Moulinier Jewelry offers free shipping for all products you wish to return. The exchange must be made within the first 30 days of purchase and presenting the original proof of purchase.
Refunds will be made following the same conditions as those made at the time of purchase and will be processed within 14 days.
We recommend that you insure items for shipment. Moulinier Jewelry will not be responsible for returned items that do not reach their destination.
Please note that Moulinier Jewelry does not accept exchanges or returns of engraved or personalized pieces.
Retailers will not be able to accept exchanges or refund the purchase price of items purchased online.
